The design, layout, graphics, and original content of APEX TRACKER are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our prior written permission.

3.2 Third-Party Content

APEX TRACKER displays content from third-party APIs and services:

• Formula 1 Data: Race schedules, results, and standings are provided by the Ergast F1 API and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Driver and Team Data: Driver headshots and team information are provided by the OpenF1 API and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Team Logos: Team logos are used for informational purposes and are the property of their respective teams.

4. Third-Party Services and APIs

4.1 Ergast F1 API

APEX TRACKER uses the Ergast F1 API to retrieve Formula 1 race data. Your use of this data is subject to the Ergast API's terms and conditions. The Ergast API is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any damages resulting from the use of Ergast data

4.2 OpenF1 API

APEX TRACKER uses the OpenF1 API to retrieve driver headshots and team color information. Your use of this data is subject to the OpenF1 API's terms and conditions. The OpenF1 API is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Data accuracy or completeness
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any damages resulting from the use of OpenF1 data

4.3 Vercel Hosting

APEX TRACKER is hosted on Vercel. Your use of the Service is subject to Vercel's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for:

• Service availability or uptime
• Data loss or corruption

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

APEX TRACKER is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or its content

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and APEX TRACKER regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
